French / English teacher in WIOSKA Radosna

We’re looking for a French / English Speaker to work in Wioska Radosna in Warsaw. Radosna is a place where relationships, empathy and development go hand in hand with high quality education. WHO ARE WE?

Wioska Radosna is a new kindergarten for children age 3 to 6.


We work in the spirit of BLISKO, meaning we care about:

Wioska Radosna is a newly opened kindergarten and my private mission. Respect and
openness is the essence of this place. Having experience in the corporate world, I’m building
the opposite. Co-creation and support instead of competition. Democracy, so that we all sim-
ply feel good in Radosna.

cational background (ie teaching qualifications).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


✔️ Making a positive educational environment for preschoolers in the spirit of Reggio Emilia
(with real support from a team of teachers, nonviolent communication trainers and educa-
tors).
✔️ Creating educational provocations and projects for kids.
✔️ Documenting children's’ work - taking photos and notes during the learning process.
✔️ Taking care of kids in small groups - max. 10 kids per teacher.
✔️ Conducting preschool preparation classes with the oldest children.
✔️ Collaborating with parents to support children in achieving developmental goals.

Organizational information

  • Localization: Bluszczowa 20 lok. U1, Warszawa Wawer

  • Working hours: 8 hours (during opening hours: 8:00–17:00)
